The "robo-cop" was rude. stated loading and unloading parking only. My hysband was walking to car. He made me drive around because i was not activly loading. Excuse me?. He then hollered at an old women and told her to go or he was writing her a ticket! RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR.  Makes for very unpleasant experience. And this was 11:00 at night, and only plane.

Costomer service was great. Made my awful travels not so bad. All staff I encountered was very attentive in trying to make my hours of wait as comfortable as possible!

This is one of my favorite airports. It's so tiny, so that show up 2 hours early rule doesn't  applied here. The workers are so friendly and helpful. Wonderful little airport!

Just as the other reviews said plane was late so that's really a detriment to success for an airport as that's really their only job is to leave on time. TSA had no clue what they were doing but did succeed at harassing their fellow man so I guess that's kinda their thing. All in all I will be bypassing this dump next time and just drive to Columbia.

You deal with the same crew from checkin until boarding, so be sure to be nice! The TSA check point is easy and with only one flight, it doesn't get backed up.
