Great airport! Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Plenty of great restaurants to eat at. I like how they have rocking chairs in the main walkway. Used to live in Charlotte and flew out of here frequently. Has gotten much better since then.

Worst airport in the USA....at least out of 70. Massively overcrowded, practically standing on bodies when waiting in the gate areas. I've been here too many times...the last connection we had the entire E terminal was over 100 degrees INSIDE. People were soaked in sweat, fanning themselves and ready to faint. It's completely impossible to navigate and make it from one end to the other in a reasonable time. An extraordinary amount of people miss their connections here all the time. Wish they would build an entire new facility on new land.

Restrooms are attended and clean...that's a big plus! I was not pleased with having to exit the plane via steps and walk twice through the rain to get to the terminal building. I hope the renovation changes the E gates so it doesn't continue to be this way. There are not enough outlets or charging stations to support the technology needs of nearly all travelers these days.  The terminal is fairly walkable and there are plenty of food options available.

Worse airport I've ever been to. I'm in the military and travel frequently, so I have been to plenty of airports. Extremely over crowded. Time from landing to gate was 40 minutes, time from gate to take-off was 40 minutes. All because of every plane uses the same two runways!! I am literally sitting in the plane, waiting for our turn. Lines of up to 15 planes for one runway!!! Someone please do better managing, Please! Worst airport in America!!!

Decent place for a layover. Love the openness of the airport, the ease of navigation around the terminal, and the sweet (fake?) shrubbery that lines the area. The food court is really excellent, and the place appears to be well-kept.
