Asheville Regional Airport

Nice long term parking lot but beware. At the main parking entrance there was a sign indicating the long term lot was full and blocking the entrance. We could see multiple empty spots. So we backed up and drove around the airport to the OTHER long term entrance that was for oversize vehicles. BINGO! We were in and found a nice shady spot. We will save about $20.

poorly-organized parking. employees consistently giving incorrect information. buy some LED parking signs that can switched on/off to indicate when long term parking is full. simple solution to a big problem

Poor parking accommodation!!! They direct you to economy parking..... then when you get in the line to park, there's a cone telling you that economy parking is full, but you can't back up and get out of that line. So they force you to go into the premium parking. When I returned from my trip, I told the cashier what happened..... thinking that the airport would recognize this and give me the economy rate. NOPE!!! The cashier acknowledged that the economy parking had been full those days and said.... I should have parked in the garage parking which is STILL more expensive than economy parking!!! Thank you Asheville airport for making YOUR lack of parking... my expense!! Their parking situation makes it cheaper to fly out of other airports!!

God bless the people who work at this airport. Clearly there’s a one way flight from heaven to AVL staffing department 😏😏 no seriously best “customer service”, and clean, lovely airport, makes traveling way better

Allegiant Air staff are super friendly. TSA security was very polite and went quickly. Cozy and easy to get around.
