Compared to our home airport, Newark NJ, this airport is a pleasure! Small airport, great staff, and an amazing experience. Even the TSA are smiling, which is amazing in itself.

Easy access to the airport with parking close by. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean.   If you're renting a car, the counters are in baggage claim and vehicles are a short walk outside.  Nice job ILM!!

Absolutley terrible organization and even worse service.  Airport director with the stick up her butt was no help at all.  One glitch and they fall apart.  Missed our flight by no fault of our own, just the lack of basic logistical thinking by the management and staff.  Never again.

Very clean, all the staff are super helpful, easy to navigate. The least stressful airport I've ever traveled through!
