My spouse flew out and it was very easy to drop off but when picking up I couldn’t figure out where I could wait. So I ended up waiting at the fire station which I’m pretty sure is a no go, but it was dark out and I had no options. Otherwise everything went smoothly.

Avoid this airport at all costs. Their staff just up and leaves when they are needed. We waited at the ticket booth for literally an hour and no one showed up. Then the person who needed to fuel the airplane went home so we were delayed. Missed my connecting flight because of it... please use another airport so you don’t have to deal with this disaster of an airport.

I love this airport. My only reason for not giving a five star rating is because of the long wait you have to wait for baggage to come through.

Pretty quick through screening process. Polite staff. Experienced a baggage problem which delayed my flight. Overall, good experience at the airport.

I'm biased towards small airports, I guess, but I just checked my bag in in 5 minutes, thru security in 10 more. Comfy seats. Good experience. Beats flying into Raleigh and driving 2 hours for ease. (Also, you can choose the Fox or CNN seating areas... appreciated.)
