Andrews Moving and Storage Company

Rob, Randy, Abby, Katie, and their team did a fantastic job with our office move. They were on time and hard working. We had a lot of big office pieces and they moved it no problem. We even had a few extra things and they didn't complain at all, getting it all done faster than expected. Not to mention they did it under their original bid. Would without a doubt hire them again!

The crew arrived precisely on time. They were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of the property at both ends and left items exactly where they were asked. They worked safely but quickly. I would use them again for any future moves. Great find.

This is more for potential employees than for clients, though it might give insight to their business attitude. I interviewed for a reception position, and it was incredibly pleasant! Mr. Marshall seemed very pleasant and I was incredibly interested in the company after both a phone and in-person interview. I was repeatedly told I would be informed of their decision within a week, out of respect for the stress of a job search. I sent a standard thank-you email after each interview. When more than a week had gone by I sent one final email restating my interest and expressing curiosity over their final decision. When I received no response, I assumed it had been filled and moved on. I was surprised to receive a response two weeks after the promised deadline. I'm not upset that I was not chosen, but I am extremely disappointed that they would present themselves as earnestly respectful, as seeking honest and upfront candidates, and cannot stand by the simplest of guarantees. I hope they are able to conduct their business dealings more sincerely than their hiring process.

I need to say the Delivery Guys from Andrews did their job and were professional. I can not say the same about the customer service reps tho. I purchased a mattress from online, unfortunately I had to go through them to get it delivered. First, I had to wait over two weeks to get it delivered. Still wondering how does it take take two weeks to deliver just a mattress but whatever. Then I told the customer service rep that I needed to request a delivery after a certain time. Needless to say. She was uncooperative on the request. I even ask for the request two weeks prior to the delivery day but there was no compassion at all. I had to miss OT on a Saturday so I could get my bed. If I had a choice to use them in the future........ Umm.... I wouldn’t because of the customer service reps.

Everything was great. Your crew was awesome, on time and easy to work with. 10/10 .... I would recommend them to anyone moving.
