The move from start to finish was a pleasurable and well organized and executed experience. Nathan, the team leader, is a born leader, and he had assembled a skillful and dedicated work force and trained them to be methodical, diligent and coordinated in their efforts to work steadily and competently, and be ever mindful they were charged with the responsibility of handling my and my wife's personal treasures. They treated every item with respect. As they worked they focused only on the task. Occasionally as I watched they would briefly explain why they chose to over wrap and double band to assure every item has the likelihood of safe transport. Also, they explained why they further disassembled certain items to prevent scratching and weakening of joints and protruding bolts etc, and would reassemble at the other end. Their knowledge of their job was boundless. Throughout the process they were polite and cordial to me and to one another. During the few work breaks they, when prompted, shared briefly their life experiences (military experiences, life on the road often away from families,etc). Then back to work with renewed energy and the eye of the team on the goal. This focus was continually modelled and encouraged by the team leader. The team respected him without question. The accountability of items was thorough, complete, accurate, and inspection for damage was serious, transparent, and performed with candor and a sense that illustrated they had accepted the responsibility for the moving task they had accomplished. This is a professional extremely capable team. I was most highly pleased with the encounter. Through their pride in their work they instilled great confidence in me (their customer). I give them the highest rating possible for customer satisfaction. They deserve it.

Dearman Moving made a stressful job an easy process. Tim Campbell was flexible and supportive from beginning to end and even gave me a follow up call in the end. His moving staff never grumbled, just steadily worked and went over and above to make my Big move a satisfactory one. In the end, I even received a credit because I was under the estimated weight. Based on my previous moving experiences, this group is clearly set apart. Don't hesitate to use!

My two experiences with Dearman Moving and Storage were Fantastic! Both were professional and personable, and reasonably priced I might add! Jordan and Collin went above and beyond, and made moving so much easier and less stressful. They always kept me updated so I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect them. They took great care not to break anything. I felt as if they really cared. They are a Great asset to your moving and storage company, as were the two other movers, whose names escape me at present, but whom I also commended in the not to distant past. I would highly suggest to anyone who is looking for a reputable storage and moving company to go with Dearrman Moving and Storage. And no, I am not related, nor did they pay me to say these things. Lol. But they Truly did an Awesome job and I look forward to working with this storage and moving company in the future! I had a great moving experience with Dearman thanks to Cody & Brendia. They got to work quickly and had the truck packed faster than expected. Cody was very careful not to damage any furniture, doors, or walls. Brendia was very friendly and helped make sure my pets were kept safe inside while they were in and out with the doors open. Both Cody and Brendia we're very kind and considerate. They confirmed each item that we wanted moved to the new house, and confirmed which room we wanted everything in when we got there. We had a very easy move thanks to Dearman, and I would recommend them to anyone. We shopped around, too, and I think they also have the best rates. You can't beat the low cost and high quality service.

Cody and Jordan were great. We added a lot of last minute items and they were extremely professional, no complaints and everything was accomplished in a timely manner. Highly recommend their services to anyone.
