Animal Care Clinic West & Metro Cat Hospital

This is my go to for my cat's specialized diet food. They always have it on hand, and when they don't, the staff is quick to find an alternative. (The one time was during the hurricane Harvey/Irma season, and they had JUST sent the food to the affected areas. Totally Understandable!) I was able to get an alternative and my baby was happy! They are part of the network of vets in the city and i have never had a bad appointment with them. The staff is always kind to the animals and make the appointments quick and easy. I have done yearly appointments for shots and dental with them. Love them!

Thought was a good place but lied to us about our dogs needing surgery that wasn't needed and over dosed our dogs on shots that were already given by the ARL. BEWARE!! Get a second opinion!

I have been going to Animal Care West for quite a few years, and it is there that I feel like I have an extended family! Kudos to the docs that work there, as they are the most caring, and knowledgable folks I know, and TRUST! My Erie and Shadow, and also my previous dod, Harley who recently passed away, are treated like they are their own pets! I would not go anywhere else, and would certainly recommend them to anyone, and everyone!!! The vet techs, are just as amazing, and patient also...LOVE THEM ALL!

Our dogs, Kaylee and Tucker, have been patients of Animal Care Clinic West for over 6 years. They are always well cared for and LOVED by all the staff and doctors. Dr. Bollinger does a wonderful job of talking us through any illness or issue with our dogs. She gives us options and does a great job talking in terms we understand.

They take care of Smores. They are an excellent staff and they always provide top notch care. They were so supportive when we had to put Bandit down after 17 years and Billie down after 15 years. They made the very tough times a little bit easier. Trust your animal needs to the staff at Animal Care Clinic.
