We adopted this beautiful rooster named Matt. He is the sweetest boy! He was seized from a fighting ring sometimes you never know what you're going to get. He loves to be held and as you can tell that is my six-year-old son holding him he is not aggressive whatsoever we love him. Now for the ARL this place was beautiful they helped us out in every way that they could super sweet girls working there beautiful gift shop an area for you to play with a dog or have some quiet time with the cat and then right across the street is the barn and they are very well maintained beautiful horses and roosters and a pig named petunia

Staff and volunteers are so kind and helpful. We went to just play with some animals and left with a bonded pair of cats. This was 2 weeks ago. The staff perfectly matched the cats to our family and I can't imagine life without these sweethearts now. The ARL is clean, well-staffed and inviting. Animal bios are as complete as possible and the staff tries to provide as much training as possible while the animals are there.

I just called you guys in regards to a stray cat I saved who needs attention. And you guys are gonna tell me since I don't own the cat or anything you won't help her. Are you kidding me? Isn't it your guys job to help animals in need? It's cool though. I'll shell out the money need at the vet since I have to do your job for you. Update: the stray cat is doing very well. Complete recovery and on her way to her new home tomorrow. No thanks to you guys.

Great place to get a furry companion from very clean and organised. Let you know exactly how you should report issues once pet is adopted. Also offers classes, pet store items, meet and greets in a closed off hug rooms. Very friendly staff as well.

I visit the rescue league often. The staff seem to genuinely care about adoptees. I would like to see more questions asked prior to placements, ensuring each adoptee and pet are very compatible. Comments about minimal expectations on the pet's personality and preferred adopted family need to be covered and expanded on when the adoptee and staff member are considering placement.
