Ann & Fran's Kitchen

I absolutely love this place! Small but cozy and tastefully decorated. Most important, the food is amazing! We got the donut holes, which come out hot with an orange glaze...they were the best donut holes I've ever had. They definitely stole the show. We also got the homemade hash and eggs. It was excellent. I am particular about hash being homemade and you could tell this definitely was. We also got one of the specials, which was the lemon poppy waffle with fresh blueberries. It was very tasty. The waffle was cooked perfectly with a slight crispness on the edges, which I love. They also have good coffee, and the staff is super friendly. There were so many great choices, we can't wait to come back and try some others!

Love this place! Great discovery. Be sure to get the slab bacon, and the wonderfully robust coffee, hot or iced, roasted by Speedwell Roasters in Plymouth. Excellent! The place is extremely gluten free friendly, and the charming chef will come out to the dining room to discuss your dietary needs and issues. Gluten free lemon blueberry waffle, and gluten free French toast. Home baked muffins, all sorts of breakfast sandwiches, eggs Benedict variations. Super clean. Super friendly. Reasonably priced. Convenient parking. A few stairs to get inside, and microscopic bathrooms. Highly recommended. Get there before the Cape gets mobbed

Absolutely love this place! Scratch made kitchen with delicious food. They have so many options, including vegan options! The tofu scramble is amazing. Friends have had the non vegan items on the menu and have said they are also amazing. Waitstaff is kind and courteous. It's small inside so go early during the busy season or you'll be waiting but it's worth it!!

Wonderful food with more (great tasting!) gluten free options than I've seen on the Cape. Fabulous coffee, they blend locally then roast their own. Very accommodating and cheerful staff. Wish they were in my home town -- I'd give them 10 stars if I could! We'll be back often!

Total gem! Been coming to the cape for years and thrilled to discover Ann and Fran's!! Nice ambiance,clean and attentive staff. Totally updated. Food is both comfort and progressive as well. Everything from traditional breakfast to really cool omelettes, scones, vegetarian choices etc!! Lunch too!
