Persy's Place Hyannis, MA

Great corn beef hash, great hash brown. Eggs are good. Turkey bacon not good. Service average, no coffee refills offered, no napkins or tissues given other than one each. English tea and hit chocolate both served like warm. Overall a reasonable place.

Homemade food. Real eggs, real pancakes and homemade hash! Friendly staff and environment. Great prices. You can't go wrong here! Bring everyone.

Breakfast has finally come full circle! Fresh brewed coffee and every omelette made to order! Using 2-3 eggs for each omelette, these masterpieces are made to your specs: BUILD YOUR OWN with anything you can dream of and Persy’s will deliver a hot plate of food. FRENCH TOAST has the option of 2 or 3 pieces—had I known they used MONSTER bread, I would have ordered only 2 slices! I ordered a side of bacon 🥓 CRISP and it was CRISP—not burned..BRAVO. The English muffin was perfectly toasted—not slapped on the griddle—and served with extra butter and a variety of jams. When you’re all done and bellies are full, there’s a coupon for a FREE half loaf of their homemade CORNBREAD on your next visit. Persy’s is easy to spot while driving in Hyannis and parking on the street is hassle free. I can’t wait to return in the summons eat my breakfast on the rooftop patio and balcony, with a view of Main Street and the water.

Great food and lots of it. Congenial staff. Nice way to start a day, especially when planning a long hike afterwards!

Had an amazing breakfast at Persy's Place. The corned beef, poached eggs, homefries and a delicious grilled cornbread! You gotta try it!
