Anna's Groom Room

Part 2 Yes my husband called you, and he did mention and asked you everything. But you never mentioned anything about correcting anything. And I did not mention allergies. You just don't put on perfume on a dog unless the client had asked for it which we did not. The poor dogs stunk. And I don't appreciate that you took pictures of my dog again with out my permission also. We had told you that they dogs would be frighten some due to another groomer who treated them bad. I have had dogs for over 25 years and always did it myself. We thought we would give you a try. But I still stand with what I said before. You do things that a client never asked for. SO YOU ARE NOT A TRUST WORTHY GROOMER. IF I COULD I WOULD NOT GIVE IT ANY STAR AT ALL..I would never take my dogs here again. I told the lady what I wanted done with my two dogs. A de-shedding , an bath, cut nails and trim hair near feet and teeth cleaning. What my poor dogs got was got wet and then she had put cologne on them. The cologne was a old perfume and the feet where not done. Two days later I had to comb my dogs as I had hair everywhere and that is when I found out that the skin on my dogs was like someone had scrape their skin with something and the dandruff they had was unbelievable.. My husband call her and told her everything and all she said was to bring the dogs in if we was not happy. Ahh no I am not happy, nothing was done to them and no I am not letting her touch my dogs as they was scared too of even me touching them ( combing) So now I have to train them to trust me and give them a bath and trim their nails. This groomer is only out for the money, not for the dog. I would not trust her with any dog as all she puts on is cologne, which is not even safe for dogs as my female dog does nothing but itch because of it..SO THIS IS NOT A TRUST WORTHY GROOMER

Friendly/welcoming staff. I had my Mini Australian Shepherd washed and cut and Natalie was great. He looked adorable and she did a great job overall!

Took my two 3 month Yorkies to Krystal for their first grooming. They look and smell wonderful. Krystal is a great groomer and a very sweet person.

We took our husky/shepherd mix in to be washed and groomed because he was shedding huge clumps of his winter coat and he came back looking great with no more clumps, they did amazing with him
