Apex Parking

I was never able to retrieve my car at the requested time and the last time I went there, I found a huge bag of trash in my car that wasn’t there when I left it. I decided my car is better off on the streets. Waste of money and I didn’t get to use the 5 days I had left of monthly parking because I feared finding garbage in my car.

A man named Wilson demanded cash payment to retrieve my car or allow me to access something inside my car. He threatened that I would have to pay $103.00 for the additional 12 hours I left the car in the garage. Very sad that he was confident that the Icon owners wouldn't have a problem with his conduct.

The service is really bad. They make us wait more than 30 minutes. Strongly unrecommend.

The guys who work there are really nice, efficient, and timely. Super convenient and relatively cheap for monthly parking.

Nice people but too expensive.Manhattan is a joke for cars.

I had a monthly parking here. My rates were increased by 20% without notice. Despite writing to the billing department, I received no response. Don't trust them with autopay. The place is busy and you have to wait several minutes to get your car even if you have texted ahead of time.
