Asked if they had an available charger for my EV and they said “you don’t need a charge.” That was a surprise to me because my battery was low. Not sure how you can tell just by looking at a car that it doesn’t need a charge. I promptly left and parked at the next garage.

Generally the attendants were very nice. I had an issue that was handled reasonably well by Management.

We parked here yesterday and the staff was especially helpful as we had to move some things around. My car was returned quickly and at the price quoted on the board. I would go back anytime.

Used this garage as the valet at Mt. Sinai West was not yet open. $15 dollars from 5am to 3pm. Not bad. Staff weren't rude, but also not too communicative. I imagine few people are at 5am though.

The attendant was nice and the price was reasonable for the area.

parked here while i go to john jay, today they made me pay 20 dollars when i usually pay 9 because i didn't get my ticket stamped, wtf? they didn't tell me they started that. thieves.
