Very rude staffs. I wonder if the management knows that their employees are being unprofessional and extremely rude to customers. I wish management reads reviews. They really need to train their staffs. The SERVICE definitely was horrible.
Damaged my car and was very aggressive toward admitting fault. Spoke to the manager and he was super rude and didn’t want to talk, walked and ignored me.
I witnessed them trying to hide a damage they did to a BMW While coming to take my car. Realized yellow marked scratches on the left rear side fender of my car but the manager was no show!
