I went with the intention of buying a computer and walked out totally put off. I stood and waited. He was to busy playing with new boots. He also kept asking everyone who came in after me how he could be of help to them. I was totally ignored! I left without buying anything. DO NOT go here. They charged me WAY too much. I about came close to not paying. Here was my experience: all i needed them to do was SEE if there was a way to get all my pictures and stuff off of my Toshiba before this bad virus on it spread. I had over 2000 pictures on it. I sent it off with my dad. When i got it back, dad said that the session COST ABOUT $100 and said that they said it was all gone and the virus overrode the entire memory/system (or somthing along those lines). I was pretty upset because i had not had the chance to make duplicates of the pictures. So then, i get word from dad that they also said that they could make it "brand new" again and that it is a great computer. But, Geuss how much MORE they wanted? About ummm...LIKE 150 DOLLARS!! I wasn't fixing to fall for their little "computer wiz" act again. I am knowledgeable about computers and I'm not falling for some fakes "that know everything". The real reason, I've figured out, of why they charge too much is because they probably don't have enough people that come in to them because they are not good. They may know a lot, but there is so much more you have to know if you are going to open up a computer maintenance shop. NEVER GOING HERE EVER AGAIN. apparently, from what I've saw is that when i plug up and turn on my computer, apparently they wiped all the back-ups of the system and Windows from the computer to try and MAKE me pay more to them so they can do somthing i could easily do. There you have it!! Do yourself a favor and accually go to a good known computer shop in a better known place than Glasgow. It will save you money in the end. Trust me. NEVER AGAIN.
