I wasn't having any computer work done. Thank goodness! I have my husband for that! I was actually picking up packages from UPS since they are a UPS access point. Let me rephrase that to trying to pick up packages. I had a week to pick them up and guess what, they were closed every day! They were never open on days they said they were. I can't imagine having someone that irresponsible working on my computer. And customer service is horrible. My boss went in to get my packages and she didn't get asked for her identification. Which she was supposed to show in order to pick up my boxes. Don't trust them with your computer's or your packages!

WOW I usually do not take the time to give Shout outs. I have to this time. Joe is first nice then honest. I brought in my JBL Bluetooth speaker to be look at it would not take a charge. I phoned the shop the next day he stated you can come by and pick it up everything works fine. no cost. Gotta love it. Good old fashion help still exists.

Very helpful for my problem. Had a business in Etown that was going to charge $50. F1 spent 10 minutes and made repair. DIDN'T CHARGE ME! He just made a lifetime customer. Highly recommended!

Joe is ridiculously funny with all of his customers.He will fix anything you bring him. He will always have business and i will bring customers to him. Thanks Joe.
