Drew was extremely patient and very knowledgeable as he helped me and my 13 year old son find and buy everything we needed for my son's first two week camping trip. I know nothing about outdoor equipment and Drew certainly made us feel comfortable and took his time to explain the pros and cons of different options and took the time to demonstrate how to use different items that we bought (especially the backpack and sleeping bag). I'm glad we chose this store to go to.

I went with friend to get a chalk bag and stood at two both counters for like 15 mins. Both the cashiers were casually talking to people and didn’t say anything to me. Left the chalk bag and walked out. Nice shop anyway

I am very impressed with this company. The shipment arrived on time and was very well packaged to ensure the items were not damaged in transit. Not every company goes above and beyond to make sure items are packed correctly for shipment. I know it takes extra time and there is an added cost for the additional packaging. The fact that this company/shipping department made this added effort is greatly appreciated and I will definitely place more orders with them in the future.

At a recent visit, the associates took extra time to work with me to help choose a backpack. They are very knowledgeable and worked with me to choose the right size and then took time to make sure the fit was right and I knew how to use it. All associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time I shop there. And the prices are right in line with what I see on other websites. I am so happy the store is close enough to visit in person. Thanks for such awesome customer service.
