Visited this park early in the season and a lot of spring maintenance was still going on including some loud chainsawing of felled trees as early as 8:00 on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  The footing in the playgrounds need to be refurbished and the general store is extremely sparse on supplies and the fire wood situation is pretty rough- a lot rotten/wet wood- but the staff working the store were extremely friendly.  The general grounds keeping wasn't quite as nice as some of the other parks we've been to.  The check in process was a little hectic and seemed over-all kind of disorganized, especially for how not-busy the park was that weekend.  We had a nice level site in the area we were in. The sites are fairly close together and in other areas of the campground some sites fairly looked like it would be hard to level on them. Lots of great shade in this park and the system of roads and walking trails throughout was nice for evening walks.  Mini golf seemed to be recently re-done and a great difficulty level for kids.  The bath house was in excellent condition and always looked and smelled like it had just been cleaned.  This park could easily be a 5 out of 5 with a few updates.  We will give it another try when the weather is better during peak season when more activities are going on.

Love it here. Big lounge for adults and children. I do puzzles in the lounge, it relaxes me. Great friends to sit and talk with by the fire.

The manager is incompetent and a rude nasty person that likes to try to make an ass out of you when you're talking so if you have any issues don't go to her

This was a very well kept campground and the pool was very well maintained. My son loved the water mushroom fountain feature. The sites are very spacious and I love the tree coverage. However, I was disappointed to hear the nearby highway noise and shooting range while camping.
