Refreshing Mountain Retreat and Adventure Center

I spent a day and a half here on a school trip, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. The location is great, far from busy roads and very peaceful, with great views! There's a lot of fun stuff to do, but I don't think it would've been enough to occupy me for more than 2 or 3 full days. The staff was genuinely friendly, the food was surprisingly good (maybe I just have low standards), and the bunk rooms were nice and clean. Great place to come with a group of people for a few days

When we arrived 2 minutes late, we were met with a, “you’re late!” Instead of a “hello.” Our overall experience was great though. The zip lines were fun! Nice harnesses. Logan was delightful and accommodating!

This place is incredible. I was here with a church group doing the ropes course. The kids were freaking out and crying cuz it was scary but the staff members managed to talk to the crying kids and get them to finish on their own. Not sure how that's even possible. But I saw it with my own two eyes.

This is my second time at this retreat. The food wasn't bad. The came was clean. A bit over priced. Our bed was very uncomfortable!! It was impossible to get a good night sleep! And we were hear two nights. But overall I'd say it's a ok place. I think we stayed in the lodge room 14.

Beautiful ziplining courses with enthusiastic and experienced guides. They did a tour with just 2 of us. It’s more of a quiet retreat area than some of the popular places to do this activity in the Poconos. Wish it was closer!
