Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Applebee's was very crowded - we went on a Friday evening. Servers/cooks had a hard time getting our orders correct. There were 5 in our party, and only 1 order came out correctly. The staff was good about correcting the mistakes, and the mistakes were subtracted from our bill. After the correct menu items were received, we enjoyed the meal a lot. The food was very good.

Our server, Jack, was great. The food and wait for the food...way to long. Poor kid had to ask if everything was ok three times, all we had was our sodas! Food took a long time, was either over cooked or under cooked. This is the second time we've been to this location, same thing happened the first time. Servers can only do so much. Revamping the kitchen management might help.

Great service for our big crowd. Stayed until closing and no rude looks or comments. Thoroughly enjoyed myself

If you come to this particular Applebee's, ask for Amber. She was a great waitress: personable, funny, and very attentive. She took our party in stride (and believe me, we were a handful) and did an excellent job.

The establishment has great seating, nice decor and they keep it clean. The service we received was great. I ordered a sangria that turned out to be just a glass of wine - I could tell it was not sangria. I received it with no charge and the manager checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were taken care of. And we love what they do for veterans on veterans day.
