Good food. Good service. Food has too much added for me. But still good.

Great drinks. Good food though have tendencies to make incorrectly and to resolve issues they are unable to get right. Order one sandwich and was replaced with different food. Manager couldn't correct order right

Ordered steak and ribs, waitress brought chicken and ribs, sent it back, she apologized and checked back a few times and then went to check on my order. My husband was finished with his meal before mine finally came out, eating in shifts! I watched six orders come out before mine, apparently they stuck my meal under a heater and the cole slaw was super hot when i finally got my meal.

The food is always good but the service usually will be bad. The service is so bad that we has started to only order takeout from them. The last time we were in there the table across from us had major issues with their server. Had to have manager talked with them. Then we had the same issues and more with her. Problems like not refilling drinks the entire time you're there and spite stopping by three separate times over 45 minutes. Also server not bringing items such as my son's drink as well as condiments to eat the meal with.
