Swamp Tales

Supposed to be a Cajun place. Rice was under cooked. Food was not spiced correctly. Portions were under sized for the price. Menu had very small selection of Cajun. It probably had good bar food, anything fried.

First time here...if you like affordable drinks, cold beer, and being in the country...this is the place. Kim is an awesome bartender...made us feel right home. Went for the crawfish boil, live music, and skeet shooting....this is America folks!

When I say some of the best etouffee I've ever had I'm not lying. A quaint little place with killer staff and even better food. Everything was homemade and you could tell. Will definitely be back!!!

thoroughly enjoyed our time as a family at swamp tales. it is a bar and restaurant, the atmosphere was comfortable, the food is incredible, the service was good and the pricing was affordable. We will be going back again.

Went in to have a drink with a friend. They were not busy. One of the bar tenders were leaned on a counter, talking to another customer while eating food. The bar tenders waited on everyone that came into the bar after we came in first. We patiently waited. I even smiled at a bar tender after this was going on and asked her how she was doing. Then they proceeded to look over my friend and I and keep serving other people around us. We then got up and left as they watched and no one said anything. I would love to believe the fact that my friend was half black had nothing to do with this but unfortunately I doubt this is the case. I wouldn't suggest this establishment to anyone that is accompanied by what I'm sure these bar tenders would refer to as "colored folk".
