Chili's Grill & Bar

The place was clean and people were friendly. The menu wasn't over done they kept it simple. I love the Coca Cola freestyle selection, they actually had all the flavors listed (pic included). The salsa was excellent with the chips. The loaded potato was excellent. I would have give 5 stars but the chili was like a bowl of meat. The flavor of the chili was great, i must have got a out of place dip. They offer all you can eat soup and salad with chips and salsa.

The food was pretty good. The service we had was not so great. We had a nice size party (approx. 8 including 2 kids) they didnt bring napkins to the table. The waitress also didn't check if anyone needed drinks at the tables.

I go to Chili's fairly often, and I have to say the last couple experiences have not been the best. One I got a steak and when I received it it was so cold that the butter on top had already solidified. In the most recent trip, I order plain chicken crispers and you could literally see the grease on them when I received them. Okay, they're fried, they'll be a little greasy, but not the way these were. I should have taken a picture. While I was in the restaurant, the workers were complaining about someone who complained just so they would get their food comped, so I just decided not to say anything. I didn't even eat the strips because of how much grease was on my fingers. Two stars solely on the waitress's attentiveness because the rest was subpar.

I had the chili mango chicken with rice and broccoli. It was delicious! Their food has gotten much better than it used to be. Ask for Dray as your server. He was awesome!

They got new ribs. Taste oven baked, no season, only sauce. Ribs are very fatty. Manager admitted the ribs are different and gave refund.
