Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Last time I was there it was mid afternoon hardly anyone in the place. Waited almost 20 minutes to be seated because there wasn't any employees out in the front part of the restaurant area. I could here them, but not see them. After finally being seated the table was filthy, i had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Was met with a "Fine" by the waitress. After she wiped the table down with what appeared to be a filthy wash cloth, we ordered our soft drinks and after another 30 minutes of not getting our orders taken and not receiving our drinks we got up and left. I will never go back, I am done.

The service here is horrible. I have been here lots of times because I love the food, but the service seems to never improve. This is the third time my groups entire meal has been paid for by the general manager. Been waiting an hour and half for our food tonight. Very upset. But thanks for the free meal and our waitress, Kaneshia, was really great still yet and kept a great attitude through it all.

Took forever to be seated since hostess was wandering around dining room looking like she wanted to be anywhere else. When she finally decided to seat us she just walked up and said other there pointing to a booth across from the door. Our waitress is friendly but it took 45 minutes to get our food. When it came out my medium sirloin was rare. The line by the door is growing in the half empty restaurant as the hostess still isn't doing her job. We will never come back. They brought my now well done steak on the same bloody plate.

Our server, Faith, was great. We only had a five minute wait for a table. The food took a while but it was delicious!! I recommend trying the bbq brisket tacos. We had the perfect margarita and pomegranate margarita but they weren't the best margaritas. We love margaritas so we try them everywhere.

Food was fair. Service was excellent. Has a wonderful server named Cierra, and she made the experience so much better!
