Would not recommend staying here. You are NOT going to get your money's worth here. Monthly trash valet charge that you CANNOT opt out of even though the service is wildly inconsistent. Maintenance repairs are lackluster at best. Trash littered all over and loud traffic near apartments. NOT WORTH IT.

Looking for a new place to move in the new year. Great walking distance to Costco! Michelle made me feel comfortable and right at home.

Overall a good community! Love the maintenance guys. Get the job done and always nice. They keep the community very well kept. Lived here for years with my mother when in high school. And now here with my own family!!

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have to say the office girls are wonderful! I called about my lightbulb going out in my kitchen and within minutes the maintenance man was here! WOW! Incredible! He wore a mask and was very professional. He never made me feel my need was an inconvenience. Thank you to all of you!

0 star if It were possible. I walked up to leasing office today with my girlfriend to look at one and two bedroom apartments. The lady that was going to give us a tour had an bad attitude immediately upon arrival. Will never rent a place with this kind of service.
