I went in to this community with uncertainty. I am making a huge change in my life and moving to Colorado. The city life is different and way out of my comfort zone. When I walked into this complex I was welcomed and they made me feel comfortable and important. The view was gorgeous apartment size was great. It was meant for me. I didn’t even bother looking at any other apartments. Thank you for everything!
I really wanted to live here as the units and location are nice but they are building a whole new building where there is already 0 room for parking while also taking away a parking area. So there's probably going to be a couple hundred new tenants moving in with less parking than before. How exactly is that going to work? They also took a very nice indoor pool and hot tub and filled it with concrete. Not tenant friendly
It's okay my apt is cute and I have a wonderful view but for 1900.a.mth they need some solid pest control the garbage dumpster is located in the building ‍ and the garbage room is always filthy and unkempt. Now we have roaches running through the building. Can't even be in the hallway and you'll see one I'm clean my house is clean so whyyyy do I have to deal with pest
I lived in this apartment complex with my partner in 2019-2020. While the apartment was spacious, everything else surrounding it was incredibly disappointing. There were constant terrible smells even some fecal matter in the elevator and there were a lot of disturbances including a shooting that occurred. Once our lease was up and we moved, the apartment charged us with a bunch of expenses that they could not properly justify. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment.
UPDATE: Overall still much better than my previous complex. I've only had to request pest control once after the the weather changed, but I'm lowering my review by one star due to several other issues. Security is not as good as it should be. The doors are frequently propped open with small rocks or the rug and left that way for hours. Call system at the main entrances of both sides are still not set up a year after being installed, and not all doors have been updated for the key fobs. None of the south garage window-like openings are covered to prevent unauthorized access, so even if the doors were fixed, it's still a safety concern. Trash is often left laying around in the ABC lobby and mail area because residents don't pick up after themselves. The main floor trash room door is usually left open. First floor hallway leading from the south garage smells horrible. Lot and sidewalks aren't cleared after snow and results in ice build up and it's a safety hazard. Also, be prepared to park 2-3 blocks away due to limited lot and street availability at night. You can be charged up to twice for parking privileges - once for the regular sticker and then a monthly fee if you want to use garage. People are constantly scaling the pool walls after hours. The app for the washers and dryers is more likely not to connect inside the laundry room, and the company is not really responsive when you report an issue with their machines.
I was here today on a professional level. I am very pleased to see how the prorpery has maintained it's reputation as a class a property. Fanatastic workout facility, residents lounge was relaxed and professional for our meeting. Nicely appointed fixtures and tapestries, modern furniture, art and finishing touches. Indoor and outdoor pools up and running beautifully. Leasing and management offices were active and friendly. I took done pics, enjoy.
Trash chutes have been clogged for about a week and the trash room is completely filled with trash. This place can't even do the minimum upkeep. Find a different place to live, you'll thank me later.
Far too expensive for how disappointing this place is. I’ve complained several times about the filthy laundry machines, damaged equipment in the gym, and roaches. Nobody responds to my written messages. If I tell the leasing office face-to-face about a problem, they say nicely and sarcastically “oh sure we’ll take care of that” and nothing ever gets done. I have to admit, the maintenance crew is pretty great sometimes. They do what they can to keep the place in order, the residents however do not unfortunately. They increase your rent by over $100 every time you renew your lease, which is ridiculous considering the minimal improvements year after year. Fair warning, the place is definitely not “luxury” as stated when you Google the complex. It’s just expensive.
Don’t rent here, they are con artists. They still owe me money from when I was approved for an apartment back in February and then no one contacted me about a lease or moving in. They are just ignoring me at this point despite having written communication about a full refund. This place is unsafe and staff is so rude. Update: I contacted them as they suggested in their response comment and still have not heard back. Clearly they comment for show.
Wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. The only thing I like about this place is the square footage. The “remodel” is cheap, doors sticking, mix match faucets, etc. the AC doesn’t get cooler then 72 degrees. The water and AC are constantly down for service. The office used to never answer any calls until Arya* started working there. My friend and brother both have had their cars broken into. I could go on and on to why you shouldn’t move in and why I won’t be signing another lease.
