Arapahoe Club also offers distinctively different renovated apartment homes featuring two story buildings with only 8 homes in each building, and three story buildings with just 12 homes, providing unique and very spacious one and two bedroom homes. All of our one and two bedroom apartments are recently renovated and feature black appliances with vibrant cream cabinetry, upgraded lighting and plumbing, two-tone paint, and brushed nickel finishes for a sleek, modern look.

Our residents enjoy our unique floor plans with central heat and air conditioning, high-speed internet capability, and the convenience of a washer/dryer in each of our apartment homes.
