Angela, Nikki and Sabrina have been amazing. Just moved from out of state and was unable to make housing arrangements in person before the move. They were very accommodating every step of the way. They worked with me to make my keys available after hours, as I was arriving late from a 13 hour drive and did everything possible to make the move smooth and easy for me. I spent the first full two days dealing with my car, which broke down 3 hours away during the trip here. There were a few minor maintenance issues that I reported on the 3rd day today. Maintenance came out within hours to address the issues and schedule repairs they contract out to vendors. Basically just a little minor sheet-rock and flooring repair and calking & paint touch up... So far I'm very impressed with the staff. Will update when all repairs are completed. But as for now I have no complaints!
I moved in to this location in mid November of 2022, and now at the time of writing this, it is mid December 2022. The following is a pros and cons list of what I have experienced thus far in the first month: Pros: 1. A garage space is relatively affordable, and the added layer of security is nice. 2. The area has lots of stores and other useful locations within a 5-15 minute commute which is really nice. 3. Depending on the building, as I have only lived so far in one, but my neighbors are nearly always quiet and respectful outside the occasional shenanigans that happen when living communally. 4. There were some new appliances, the oven, microwave, and sink were all brand new and worked fine. 5. Space. There is actually quite a lot of storage space, the closets are really big. 6. The walls are much thicker than other places that I have lived. When walking down the hall, my neighbor was clearly having a holiday party, this worried me as it was quite late at night and my bedroom was right next to their living room. But as soon as I entered my unit, I couldn't hear them at all and slept fine. Cons: 1. BUGS. As soon as I moved in I noticed these bugs, dead, in various corners of the apartment. Later on after doing some research these where clearly a small variation of cockroach. Horrified, I had to ask the front office several time to get bug-control to come deal with the unit. Bug control has come by with treatment twice now, and though I keep everything completely spotless and sanitary, I still see the occasional antenna-clad visitor. Though I will say, after the bug-gentleman came by, the number has significantly decreased to only 1-2 a week if that. 2. Appliances. Ever since moving in, my washer/dryer and dish washer have not functioned at all. I have reached out to the front office SO MANY TIMES regarding this, and to this day, nearly a month later, the three appliances are still broken. To this day, there is still no traction or timeframe on when these will be fixed and it's been nearly a month. 3. Parking. If you do not pay for a parking garage space, street/communal, first-come-first-serve parking will be extremely difficult to find. 4. Poorly prepared units. When I initially took the tour, the model I saw was very nice, and overall the experience was good. However, when doing my walk through of the unit I would live in, the following was a list of things I observed: - Dead bugs - Broken patio door lock still broken - Broken patio screen door still broken - Dust collected EVERYWHERE - Boarded up fireplace - Broken coat closet door - Non-functioning outlets I will give another, updated, review when my stay here is finished end of 2023. Mostly my goal right now is to make sure that at some point this month, my 3 broken appliances get fixed.
Edit: In fact, I spoke with Angella multiple times by phone and in person. The only way I got a response was to drive to the Property management company, Greystar, and get the regional manager involved. Incidentally, Greystar has an "F" rating with the BBB. TRUST THE ONE STAR REVIEWS, PEOPLE! Don't Do It! I've been here a year now and it's been a pretty bad experience. The apartments are old and poorly maintained. You will have many maintenance problems and it will take reaching out to the office at least 6 times to get them resolved... Or not. Staff is so rude that I actually find it confusing. Do they... Do they not want tenants? Angella, the office manager is possibly the best example of terrible customer service I have ever encountered. My internet has been down for 2 weeks but they have to get into the garage to fix it. A garage they can't find the keys to. Just say no. Just. Say. No.
No one will answer emails or calls, the staff do not respond, it is a messy place filled with rude and horrible people. I am posting again because I feel that my past concerns were not heard. I put in all the necessary paperwork to move out and was told that was enough to move out and it would be on my file that I was moving out by that date. No one will respond even though I still get emails implying that I live there??? Again, I get no responses from anyone. I don't live anywhere nearby and cannot just drop in.
The worst place ever, Very greedy and not honest, when you talk to any one in the management, make sure to document that in writing because they will not honor their word. I have maintenance requests for a year without respond, They have been posting a pet fee to my account for a year, and I don’t have a pet The answer is always, pay first and we will solve it later If you want to live a decent life, and if you have kids, make sure to stay away from this appartment. No need to say, the management is sooooo rude! Edited; PLEASE DON’T DO THAT TO YOUR KIDS AND TO YOUR FAMILY, This is the worst management ever.., So greedy, rude, .. they just added charges to my account from August without letting me know and added a late fees to it!!! When I paid my rent on the first of Nov., it was 0!!! Why GOOGLE you don’t have 0 !!
This is the worst place to live and there is always a new person in the office. They decided that after I moved out I needed to pay for another month. Also they gave away my parking spot in the garage and never fixed anything in my apartment.
The maintenance is not good anymore, they don't do their job properly like before. I have been losing packages in front of my door this year, it happened three times already. I have been living here since 2013 things like this never happened before. My hope is that things go back the way they were before.
Apartments are cool, clean, and not falling apart which is great. You get all of the amenities of the neighboring apartment including an indoor pool and spa, lounge, dog park, and fitness center. The cost isn't all that bad but I ended up paying more than I thought I would, which is unfortunate. Our blinds where broken so we put in a work order and the Andre came to help us the next day, he was very friendly and professional and fixed the problem quickly. Everyone has been nice and helpful so far, and it's pretty quiet. We just moved in so this review is subject to change, however for the time being, we love our new apartment!
I applied to this apartment complex and I was so taken over by how welcoming and kind the leasing consultants were. I needed a one bed, one bath and Jayson was so helpful and nice. He took the time to go outside in the snow to show me 3 different apartments. He was quick and very knowledgeable to answer all of my questions. The apartments are very nice, well kept and, affordable. I really haven’t seen these prices in Denver. All of the apartments also have washer and dryer in the unit which to me is a huge plus. I think leasing agents make a world of a difference when you are trying to move into a new place and these guys really gave me a positive experience. Thank you Jayson and the whole Sage at panorama for your positive attitudes being so helpful to me and your professionalism. I would highly suggest moving here.
If I could rate these apartments ZERO I would. The management here is ridiculous and rude and uncaring! My car and my husbands car are both in the shop and we have 1 loner vehicle I had on the do not tow list through today well I went out to leave for work this morning and it had been towed. I tried to call them at least 7 times yesterday with no answer too Try to make sure my bases were covered. I wasn’t even parked past the gates. I was told that there was only one person in the office and he tried to get to every phone call possible. But there is nothing like they could do about the car being towed. I have a medical procedure scheduled for the morning and have no extra money to pay to get the car out of the tow yard. The guy told me I could Uber to my appointment. How rude and uncaring! I have never met someone so uncaring before. I will be filing a formal complaint. Not to mention the maintenance in this place is the worst as well. Would not recommend anyone rents from these apartments.
