They dont have laundry Winter is coming and the machine to recharge the card for the washers and dryer’s haven’t been fixed If they care, they should change the provider, we pay our bills at time and we deserve good amenities and services

I'm pretty sure nothing was done, my requests were just closed without solving anything. Please tell me if I'm incorrect and what was accomplished. I'll revise my one star review if you can tell me anything that was fixed by your maintenance crew. Edit: New owner's seem to have brought better outcomes. The blinds that used to fall every time they were pulled have been fixed. Good owners at the moment, can't guarantee they will be the same next year. Seems like the property has changed management every 6 months. Currently good though July 2022.

Awful management, maintenance will take up to a week sometimes and when they do come, the problem isn't fixed, water is out at least once a month, neighborhood is a mess, shootings every weekend. Latest issue was a leak from the ac unit above the kitchen. Was "fixed" but this is a photo from afterwards. Fridge stops and starts working, food had rotten but when they came by "nothing was wrong" so they refused to credit us for the meat that had gone bad. Just a head up, freezers should not be able to burn your hand to the touch on the outside. We had put our notice in months ago, right at the 60-day notice mark and they are trying to charge us saying we didn't. Do not move here.

Highly unprofessional! If I could give a zero I would. I called the phone number on their website, and spoke to someone for about 20 minutes in regard to a 2 bedroom available in August. They set an appointment for me to go by the office to fill out the application and view the property. Upon arriving at the office, nobody had any recollection of speaking with me. I showed them the email confirmation, text confirmation, and the phone record. The office staff were rude and dismissive. Shrugged their shoulders and stated they have a third party that does this. Well that’s not my problem. And then told me to go to their website. To fill out the application. Unacceptable customer service.

They do not fulfill maintenance request. I continue to have the same problems in my house even after they come and “fix” the issues they are never resolved

I was able to book and appointment to see the apartment and I get there and because it’s raining the lady in the front tells me she doesn’t have anything available for me to see, but why was I able to book this appointment if you had nothing for me to see? So that the reason for 2 stars.

***update... even though they say they accept non violent felons they rejected me due to being a felon! I have low level drug possession charges! Of all the places to get turned down by.... geez! Oh well that sucks! Had A great ask around experience! The nice rep who took care of me was very Knowledgeable about the things I wanted to know about and very professional!

Was set to move into this property but when I visited the property I was met with disappointment in that it really looked and felt different to what is advertised on online. Luckily I was also able to speak with local law enforcement who was doing a drive through of the property. I was able to get some truly disturbing insight about the daily activities of the residents and generally in the neighbourhood. Needless to say what I learned was completely opposite of my needs and expectations. Pay close attention to the condition of the property as well as the residents. It’s like putting a coat of paint on a rusty old banger. Looks can be deceiving. Move here if you must but I recommended dealing with a bit more cost to live in a nicer property and neighbourhood to have peace of mind.

When I originally started looking for apartments, this apartment complex came across my mind. Received a lot oh help from Anita specifically. The communication she had between me and her was excellent. I was able to ask all questions I had with her amazing experience. Overall, she made sure to have my apartment renovated and ready by the time I moved in. She has done her part wonderfully always asking if there is anything I need or have questions about to contact her. Personality is one of her best traits. Have not had an issues so far and if there are any she makes sure to handle them in a professional timely manner. Very appreciative of her. Would recommend her to anyone looking to live here

had a hole in my bathroom ceiling for 10 MONTHS before it was poorly patched up, stove didn’t work and we didn’t get a microwave when we moved in our patio door was SHOT at and we were expected to pay $800+ for it
