Grammercy Apartment

When I first arrived at the property I was amazed at the friendliness of the office staff. Whenever I need something they are very good at helping me out right away. They've been able to help no matter what disability. I really enjoy living here, I would never move.

I lived here for two months now, the process since the start has been easy and smooth. Samara, the leasing agent, was great getting me set up. They have also managed the pandemic excellent, the manager has been really commutative and responsive with everything. The grounds are keep clean and I've had a great experience so far.

We lived here for 10 months. During these 10 months, I knew there were 3 vehicles have been stolen. Including ourselves. This apartment had no plan to install camera for the parking area or something else to protect the community.

Extremely unprofessional staff, lack of salts or shoveling till days after it snows, extreme lack of communication from the office when you have a question regarding bills, no hot water, parking charges are overpriced: don’t live here. It’s not worth your money.
