One of the best places I’ve lived. Central air, valet trash, cat friendly- awesome! Best of all - Maranda Cheeks. From helping us decide on an amazing apartment to then being the head of the community, she’s been amazing. When we moved in there was a beautiful gift on the fireplace. Whenever we have an issue she’s quick to respond and always available during work hours. Absolute queen who cares so much!!! Also, maintenance is super quick and the roads are plowed quickly. Amazing place to live and amazing people to rent from.
I don’t ever leave reviews but I had such a good experience touring with Lea. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the community and had great recommendations for the area. She was so friendly and took her time I never felt in a rush. My lease isn’t up until spring but definitely will be back!
Junior the Service Manager is so helpful. After being contacted yesterday about a heating issue in my daughter's apartment he immediately set in motion efforts to resolve it. Again today upon a follow up call to continue to resolve the issue, Junior immediately went to work on it. He is truly a responsive Service Manager and very pleasant as well. I hope he is recognized for his work. Thanks Junior.
Recently moved in, loving it so far. Wanted to acknowledge our leasing agent Lea. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the complex, she was able to help with some questions we had about the location. Her joyful personality made our move in experience such a smooth transition and was definitely a warm welcoming to our new home-for-now.
I recently visited the cherry creek property. The staff gave me a tour, they were very friendly and kind. They were well informed on the property. They were able to answer all my questions. The property is beautiful, it’s a great community. I was treated with a lot of respect. I would recommend this property because It’s a great place to live.
Such a beautiful and well kept complex! Absolutely love the main office staff! Patricia is always so helpful whenever we encounter! She made my Move in process very easy! I’m very happy i made the choice moving here!
This is a great apartment complex to live. The office staff is very friendly especially Lea. She has helped me with all my queries and always makes sure my family and I are taken care of. Definitely ask for Lea if you are looking to rent from Cortland in Cherry Creek!
This is a very great property. As a vendor, they have made it very easy for me to work with them. They always prioritize their residents and want the best for them. Patty, the manager, and Junior, the supervisor, are great people and take good care of people whether that be residents or vendors.
I had the most amazing experience. Lea helped me find the right apartment and she was so kind and answered all of my questions. She really made me excited to move in and I can’t wait for this to be my new home. Definitely recommend working with Lea.

Carl keeps the complex clean and clear of debris, random trash, and keeps the breezeway bins every morning. He is super friendly and works hard! Second, I would like to thank Janet from the leasing team. She helped us figure out our lease, was extremely patient and professional as this was towards the end of the business day! Thank you again! The maintenance team takes care of anything that breaks!
