I just moved in these apartments not even 30 days ago and I am having THE WORST ever experience. It’s hard to get a maintenance request done, I turned in my checklist 2 days after I moved in and still nothin has been fixed. When you talk to people in the office when they finally decide to answer the phone everyone gives you the run around. I have never been so annoyed this early with a apartment community I just moved in. I can’t wait to move already. It’s sad when your already thinking of breaking you lease and you haven’t even been there 30 days yet.
They are impossible to get ahold of. I have lived here almost 2 years now. I put in a request to fix my heating in october and a few weeks ago at least 2 months later they knocked on my door to see about fixing it. Luckily we were able to get it back on our selves but otherwise we would have been without it for 2 months?? I put in a request to have my dryer fixed a month ago and I am still waiting which seems like a lot of reviews have had this issue. I have called their office a minimum of 3 times every day for the past 2 weeks about this and have never gotten an answer. I am at work or school during their open hours so I haven’t been able to go in to the office yet, but I shouldn’t have to. They are unresponsive and it is impossible to get maintenance help in a reasonable amount of time.
Lived here for 4 years it was okay , but lately mailbox at bulding 6 its been robbed every night , belive me when i tell you everynight . I dont know who should take care of that butbat the end we pay a very expensive rent , to have our things stolen every dam night and i dont see the management doing nothing , its been months that this been happening . And now i just wonder why is the point of having people working inthe office if we have to do everything online? You cant pay there , you cant call them for service so just place a dam computer instead
Bad service. Customer service sucks and things get broken easily. They are improving in terms of the invasive staff that snoop and gossip about your home. Be careful ,don't sign a long contract.
Nice apartment complex, good neighbors. But why is the exit only gate still broken? People walking and driving in through the side gate causing me to almost get hit twice. Fix the gates.
Great staff , I just move in , it’s a great place to stay , real clean and quiet. Jeffrey at the office helped me throughout the process since I applied , he made everything stress free.
We just renewed our lease for our third year living here. While there have been some opportunities for improvement, I moved in during the pandemic and the staff handled everything to the very best of their ability given the circumstances. Most recently I met with the assistant apartment manager, Jenny. I felt like she genuinely cared about me and addressed any outstanding issues I had. She heard me, and turned the situation around to make things right and even exceeded my expectations. Their prices are decent and the complex meets all of our needs. If you are interested in moving here, I would recommend both Daryl and Jeffrey the leasing agents to assist you. They’ve both been here since we moved in and I’m sure their job has not been easily navigating through the pandemic. Everyone needs a second chance and I’m appreciative that the staff here is empowered and genuinely cares about their residents.
I love my new apartment. I didn't have a chance to see it before leasing. Jeffrey was very helpful, polite, and friendly. He sent me a map of the community so I was able to get an apartment with the best view, right in front of the lake. He was always available to answer all my questions. Overall, very good leasing experience. Quiet neighbors, clean apartment, affordable price, and always available parking.
The only good thing about living here is Jenny and Jeff the large soaking tub and price. They both made me feel like they cared about my concerns and tried to help me the best they can. The property manager not very helpful. NOT ENOUGH PARKING AT ALL. for the amount of units per building. 95% You were not even parking at your building and had to walk a distance. Cars towed usually for nothing when even paying for a permit. Maintenance took weeks. Before renting make sure you ask a lot before renting
The front office does absolutely nothing about the issues reported. I have brought an issue to their attention a week ago that has yet to be addressed. Every time my upstairs neighbor uses their shower, my sink overflows with water, dirt, and hair. The water, dirt, and hair floods my bathroom floor. I went to the leasing office and talked to them face to face. The person that assisted me wrote the issue on a sticky note, but I never heard back. After it occurred again, I called the emergency line for the on call maintenance. I tried to leave my message after the tone, but there was never a tone. Just silence. After that, I went to the leasing office again. I knocked on the doors, then I explained my issue to the two maintenance guys, in which they responded by saying that they never heard anything from anyone. They called their boss, then notified me that they wont be able to get anyone out to my apartment for another 3 days. This issue happens every single night. It obviously isn't too much of a concern for them, if maintenance never even got notified about the issue I am STILL having. Each time it happens, it just gets worse.
