Stratford at Lowry

I lived here for awhile never had any issues. "The Cleo" has really improved with the new management. Happy to see the clean-up and renovations.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to live at Cleo's apartments. Christine and Oscar are awesome, so friendly and always quick with everything. I would rate them more than 5 stars. I can’t thank them enough for all they do.

Wonderful go-getter staff, if you have any issues just tell the manager and she will make sure it gets done. Thanks Christine!

The property is beautiful and green, tenants keep to themselves, and the staff are reliable, and helpful. Thanks for everything.

I really enjoy my home! It is very cozy. There amenities are really good. I enjoy sitting by my fireplace while enjoying the good views.

This is my 3rd year. I have had a new manager every year now which seems to happen allot. I really like my home and area. The crew is really nice and care about there residents. I wish they could potentially spend more money on there parking lots, tubs and grounds.

I was sent over here from there sister property Torrey since they do not take sec8. They have all been very cordial, friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns since I am looking for a home after my last apartment was caught on fire. I placed my application and look forward to calling Stratford my Home.

I’m pretty content. Torrey and Izzy really always go the extra mile to make your stay better. The guys Bill and Jason know there stuff and are on it!

I love my cozy new home. My family and I are really enjoying Stratford and the team. Everyone has been very welcoming!!
