AR Hot Bagels

Not sure how this place is still in business. Its a toxic combination of incorrect orders and rudeness. When placing an order you would expect for the business to attempt to make it correct, instead the entire order was done incorrectly and poorly. When I brought it to the lady's attention, she was extremely rude, She said I don't have time for this, we are busy. Average food with horrible customer service, spend your money somewhere else like Red Hook Coffee Shop right across the street, much friendly staff and better food.

It saddens me to write this because I actually love this place. I was pumped to have a bagel & cream cheese from here. I no longer live in the neighborhood but always go if I’m near by. This is essentially what I came home to. See image. I never said light cream cheese. So not sure what happened, but this is a first.

I had two eggs home fries sausage patties and toast with coffee. Overall the breakfast was good not great. I ate the breakfast there in the shop was very busy during my stay.

My go to place for breakfast on my way to work. It's a big place, the employees work fast and are very attentive. You can get drinks and lunch too here. Plus they make all the bagels and their specialty cream cheese themselves.

$10 minimum to use your card I just want a bagel and a coffee Don't understand how this owner does the math but no bueno

My review for bagels only: Doughy/soft and sweet. Sorry, not a good bagel. The sandwiches may be good.....

Great bagels. I like the pastrami, egg, and cheese on a bagel. $5. The americano is also very good.

Foind this place by accident but it was the best bagel. I’ve had in a long time. Cheers

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Its not many selections in redhook to eat from so this is one of the good spots . Their food is good . Their a bit pricey which wouldnt be a problem if their customer service was better!. Work on service and not rushing and messing up orders.

The bagels are the best! Always fresh and soft. Service is always fast
