I LOVE living at Arabella! Christine the manager and her whole team are awesome. My recent maintenance request was handled immediately by Pablo! He was timely and professional! He completed the work order and told me that I could call him again anytime that I needed anything. I highly recommend making Arabella your new home. It is beautiful and quiet and the Green Valley neighborhood around us has Endless possibilities for food, entertainment and even gambling!! THANK YOU TEAM ARABELLA

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arabella, and we are now happy to have moved to a new apartment there. Fantastic location and great value for the quality of the apartments. The admin staff are always friendly and helpful.

My wife and I enjoy living at Arabella Apt., for close to 7 years and all of our maintenance issues get addressed and fixed properly, Christine the Leasing Mgr. is great & Pablo the maintenance superintendent is the best. Thanks for helping us experience a great living environment at Arabella.

My most recent experience with a maintenance request was excellent. The response was quick, and I’m satisfied with the work Pablo did a very nice job fixing my garbage disposal. ~Rosie

Pablo was great. He got the water running hot again and the toilet fixed fast. He was polite and even fixed our garbage disposal!

When I came in for a tour, Ashley was so friendly and helpful! She showed a lot of care and passion. She was knowledgeable and upbeat. For being the only one in the office, she did an amazing job juggling everything all at once. I know I was a walk-in, but she took the time to help me. Thank you Ashley for all your help!

Christina is so cool. They definitely need more than one person for maintenance! I still have not been able to park in my parking spot... the person in my spot have not moved at alL...ugh. its over a week and still haven't been able to park in my assigned spot. That is my only complaint... which is BIG

This review is of being here for almost three years. Thank goodness we have nice neighbors . The problems I have is rent goes up $100 every year. If something breaks it only gets half fixed with empty promises of getting new things , this happened when our dishwasher broke , never got a new one and it is still half brokeeln , can't use it . The a/c unit only worked the first year , doesn't work correctly still , only half works which means it doesn't cool the apartment down. Roach problem , they have a guy who comes out to help but it never really goes away , the bugs come back again if you miss a week. No security. Never got a pool key even after asking after being here a year and half now it's three years ,no pool key , pool is dirty all the time anyway . Mailboxes broken throughout the year, we can't conveniently send our mail out , that box is taped and broken. Now we may not be getting our mail cause inbox is broken too.everytime it was broken we'd have to go 4 MI to the post office, very inconvenient especially when some don't have vehicles.

Takes time to get service but it has been good lately , the problems were fixed in the same day. Only 1 maintenence guy. The other guy only cleans the property . I'm glad the mailboxes are fixed up now .
