Villas at Green Valley

The staff at Villas at Green Valley have very poor business ethics. My wife and I signed a six month lease and stayed in one of their apartments while our new home was under construction. When we moved out we turned in our keys early to give them access to the apartment so it could be rented to new tenants as soon as possible. After we moved into our new home I contacted the management office to check on the status of my security deposit, and was told that my deposit was forfeit because we did not give 30 day notice turned in keys early. After reading the lease again I discovered that management was allowed to withhold my deposit if I did not give 30 days notice of intent to vacate. I was very upset that I turned in the keys early so they could rent the apartment as soon as possible; however, they did not have the common decency to remind of the lease requirements. The leasing agent simply took the keys and said thank you for turning them in early. I never received a final statement of my account or any notice of action taken with my deposit. Fast forward one year and I was notified by my credit monitoring company that a collection was posted to my account from the Villas at Green Valley. After investigating the collection, I found out that I owed an additional $225, but never received any notice or a bill. I contacted the collection company and paid the debt. I am writing this review to warn prospective renters of the poor business ethics and customer support provided by the leasing staff at the Villas of Green Valley.

Villas at Green Valley is a beautiful apartment complex. The landscaping is with the different flowers and bushes are very vivid. I love the colors. It is pet friendly, but some of the pet owners do not pick up after their sweet dogs. This becomes quite a bit of a challenge for anyone that is a responsible pet owner. The apartments themselves are beautiful inside with nice upgrades. Built in microwave is a plus in my book. Also the flooring is more wood style plank board. There is plenty of storage for anything. Especially in the bathrooms. The main one has a built in cabinet which I find refreshing. It has a small door for the laundry and at the bottom is the main compartment to store your laundry hamper. At the top there is plenty of room for towels and storage. The sink has two drawers for storage and the bottom. The bathroom in the master does not have the cabinet, but does offer the drawers and bottom area for storage. Both bedrooms are nice in size and have ample closet space. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer. This in my opinion could definitely be better. Especially since tenets pay upwards to $1300-$1600 for the two bedroom. Other things I would improve is how the lighting is inside the apartments. There is no living room and bedroom lights. Which I find kind of curious. This is a major flaw when renting apartments not to have at a light source inside the bedroom. I find that very strange. Noise level at the apartments are as usual places if you are renting an apartment. My recommendation would be to get a top floor apartment verses the bottom. You can hear everything upstairs. The lighting around the apartment is wonderful especially at night. Villas at Green Valley is definitely improving the the whole look around and it gets my vote for a good place to live. With exception of a few things. It is really beautiful and not bad for the price.

I can't speak for the others but Marisol was great during the leasing and move in process for an apartment. She was very helpful, patient, and kind with walking me through everything and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. As for the apartment, it's a beautiful unit. All new appliances. The washer and dishwasher weren't working at first but maintenance came in relatively quickly and made sure the washer and drier ran smoothly. The only downside is there are a bit of ants in the bathroom but other than that, I'm pleased with my unit.

Villas at Green Valley was my very first apartment on my own after making a big move across country. Maintenance is always there when you call. But I want to give the biggest thanks to Eric Lopez he help me when I was in a tough spot and made this place feel like home. Although I’m leaving I have to give a big thanks to Eric for doing everything he could to get me a place to lay my head or else I would have been homeless. I was his very first tenant and will always feel grateful. Thank you Eric. I’ll miss you! Villas at Green Valley has definitely treated me right and I do like this place and glad it was my first place.

I, just recently, moved into the state, and had difficulty picking out an apartment in my preferred location. Eric Lopez, a leasing manager at The Villas, was able to assess my needs, and presented the perfect apartment for me. The property is gorgeous and my neighbors are friendly. Thank you Mr. Lopez! I was able to move in, a week before I was planning to settle in.

We recently just moved to this complex and have had nothing but amazing interactions with the staff here. everyone in the front office is very friendly and helpful. We had maintenance stop by to do move in repairs and he was incredible. Tramaine was extremely polite, dealt with each issue quickly and completely, and we held some amazing conversations! He has blown our expectations through the roof and we look forward to continue working with him in our new home :

Moved in sometime last July, honestly no complaints with the complex! Pretty quiet also. Management is supper nice and helpful, especially Ashton that works in the front office! He always welcomes me with a warm smile and is extremely helpful! 10/10 recommend him!

I was very lucky to have Marisol Ruiz as my agent. She is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. She truly cares about what the costumer needs and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to take the wright decision. Moving to a new place is always stressful but she was able to make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

I am a brand new tennant at Villas at Green Valley. The floor plan is great and my patio is very large. My leasing agent, Eric Lopez, was helpful and professional. They are lucky to have him. I look forward to a great experience living there. The grounds are kept clean and neat.
