Arby's

The food was good. We had chicken sandwiches and roast beef. Coke machines were not working, ketchup dispenser was empty and an employee was napping in one of the booths. Another employee was a little loud standing in line ordering lunch. He was actually talking with the staff in the back. The lady that took our order talked so low that we had a hard time understanding her and she never made eye contact which made it awkward. This was lunch but some of the chairs were still on the tables making only booths available.

Arby's has always had a menu that commanded respect within the "drive-thru" community. From it's classic roast beef sandwiches to wonderful Reubens and chicken salad; Arby's deviation from the more commonly expected menu items has always drawn me in. The recent addition of the Greek menu items could not have been more on target for someone like me.

One word...GHETTO,especially the nightshift,alot of standing around by the employees having personal conversations that you can openly here,very unprofessionally staffed,too many immature kids at register,i have zero idea how they made it through the interview process,makes their generation look bad,and trust me it's more than a few bad apples being stereotypical in their behavior and actions with no care or concern for what is said and what goes on in front of customers,but I'm sure regardless of the unprofessional service they have the nerve to want more money for unprofessional service,this is why the rebots will be welcomed improved service!
