Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Without fail, this is one of the WORST fast-food restaurants I have ever frequented. I have been 5 times (over the course of 3-4 months) to this Popeyes in Canton, thinking SURELY it will be better “this time.” Not even close!!! I sit in line 20-30 minutes EVERY TIME, even when there’s no one else in the drive-thru. The employees have zilch command of the English language, and on today’s visit, my po’boy sandwich bread was so rock-hard, it was inedible. But NO WAY was I going to spend ANOTHER half-hour getting a replacement! BEWARE: Do not go to this Popeyes!

Unfortunately this location seems to have a high turnover rate. Given my food is always correct the friendliness of the employees varies greatly.

2401757 POPEYE'S CHICKEN #71 1418 W. PEACE STREET CANTON, MS. 39046 Madison county On the afternoon of 10-25-2017, I entered the Canton Mississippi, Peace Street location of Popeye's restaurant. I used the women's restroom. There was no paper towels or toilet paper available. I had paper in my purse, luckily. After discretely, informing the clerk at the register, she handed me a roll of paper towels. I informed her that I had already washed my hands. She loudly shouted to someone in the bank of the cooking area, "There are no paper towels in the ladies room". I told her that toilet paper was need, also. She shouted to the rear of the kitchen area, "There is no paper towels and toilet paper in the ladies room"; to which the other customers and I snickered. The clerk appeared cheerful, but when I got my food, I saw that the Shrimp Po-boy that I ordered was a hard, 2-3 day old bun that looked cut off at the end, with dried lettuce, and 5-6 old, cold shrimp. It looked liked they fished it out of the trash can.

I barely understood what they were saying on the speaker in the drive through and after I told then a portion of my order I got no response from them until a few minutes later she says "you can pull around" when I get to the window (after a considerable amount of time) I had to explain that I wanted a 3pc and a 5pc combo as she hastily went and assmebled my order and gave me my drinis and food. I also had to remind her to give me straws.

I heard the automated greeting 3 times, then I drove to the window and I seen the manager and 1 employee mopping floors. Glad y'all keep it it clean but maybe show your closing hour at 12 not 10
