Tea was good, service timely enough, had an associate ask if we wanted refills while still seated. A little bummed they didn't have mints out at this location like most do. Overall pretty good!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The cashier didn’t even know what came on something when I asked her. They never get your order correct, she stood there beating her head, I guess because it itched while she was taking my order..

I went...or tried to last week. First attempt was at the drive thru. I never got service at the speaker, then got jumped around by the impatient customer behind me. My next attempt was two days later. I went inside. There was a line of about 7 people in front of me, 4 to the side waiting for their order. This was around 12:45 I'm the afternoon. This place was OUT of turkey. I left. I have no intention of swinging for the third strike.

My wife and I give this location a try every month or so. It's very hit or miss but usually a miss. Service is poor, food is generally made incorrectly as per standard and not special instructions (wrong bread, not toasted, wrong meat, etc.). Only came back today for the Free Club promotion. There seems to be poor management and a high employee turnaround leading the the unsatisfactory service.
