The staff was friendly, the onion rings were awesome! The rest was disappointing. My main order was poorly prepped and sloppy. There was WAY too much sauce on it. It was inedible. The restrooms were in rough shape. On the positive side... The Onion Rings was GREAT!

The one on Biltmore Avenue is exceptional. Very good service, even better food. I wish I could eat there once a week.

From the minute we arrived took the moment we left the staff was amazing! Sat outside and the Server was stellar! Recommend it to anyone...

The food is good but the service is so, so slow. I'm sitting in the drive through as I write this. Been here for 15 minutes. You'd think I'd have learned my lesson by now. It'd be faster to drive to the one four miles further from my house.

I swear every time I come here I'm disappointed. Cold fries, wrong order, out of almost everything, b!tchy workers.... I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt each time but nope. You'd think being next to a nice place like Biltmore, they'd step up. But I guess not. Get it together or fire your whole staff.
