Arby's

Arby's roast beef has always been a favorite food of mine. Enjoyed my visit to the store. Service was good and place was clean. Never liked their fries.

Always great food and super staff. Restaurant is clean and we'll kept. Would recommend eating here.

Really great service! Had Mindy help us she was informative helpful and very friendly. If all sent a have staff like her then y'all have a customer for life! Definitely will be back

Because of employee error, we had to wait 10 minutes on our food. I knew it was 10 minutes because they have a timer on the screen for each individual order. The reason why I'm giving Arby's in Lincolnton 5-stars is because as soon as they realized their error, they did everything they could to correct the situation quickly. They even gave us a free milkshake, which my children enjoyed. Everybody makes mistakes. But the quality mark of a great restaurant is customer service. Yeah, we had to wait a long time - but they also did everything they could to make sure that we were satisfied. Next time my hungry kids and I are driving through Lincolnton, I'll be heading their way.

Not too happy with this particular location. Ordered a turkey club, COLD with no tomatoes, and it came out piping hot with tomatoes... Had to wait 5 minutes for a new sandwich, but you could tell they just reused the already heated bun because it was hot and toasty...Sadly i wasn't about to wait another 5 minutes because that would have made my total wait almost 20 minutes for a cold sandwich.
