Arby's

I went through the drive-through and asked for a Beef and Cheddar on a regular bun. When i opened the bag, i see a container with beef shoved in it and cheddar drizzled on top. I took the container inside and told the cashier “Vonda” what i had asked for and showed her what i received (half chuckling) ... she stared at me... yelled at the cooks to cook a beef and cheddar on a regular bun, then turned back to me and stared. She never apologized, or said a single word to me. I could have went in very angry, but wasnt. I was half smiling and chuckling.... this gal never greeted me in any way, she never apologized, never said a word to me. Absolutely terrible customer service.

If you go inside, the kids working there are screaming at one another. If you opt for the drive-thru, they'll make you sit there, car idling for 15 minutes, because they don't pay attention. You're damned either way. The food is decent though, hence the 3 stars.

Excellent fast food restaurant. Various beef sandwiches as well as turkey ranch and bacon sandwiches, brisket sandwiches, fish sandwiches...seasonal..and much more. Plenty of shakes also. They have a recently remodeled kitchen and dining room. WiFi is free and the new remodel included electric plugs at various tables for charging our fun stuff.

Was extremely short on help took 24 minutes from order time to getting one sandwich in all fairness not usually that bad of service today was absolutely terrible

Food and service are too notch. New store is awesome and comfortable. Love the place and the people.
