Arby's

We stopped for a quick lunch while on a road trip. I got a premium 9 piece chicken nuggets meal, and was able to substitute mozzarella sticks for the fries. My boyfriend got us a white cheddar mac and cheese for us to share. The service was very nice. Michelle, the manager, took our order, and gave us updates for it. She was apologetic about how the food came out slower than one might expect, due to the fact that there were only three people, including her, working that afternoon. I was very grateful for her kindness and openness, and did not mind the wait at all. The food itself was honestly very bland, but I am not a regular visitor to Arby’s so I wasn’t complaining. The chicken nuggets were rich, and they paired well with the ranch sauce. The mozzarella sticks were pretty bland, even with the marinara sauce. The mac and cheese was alright, it was a little salty and felt like it was missing something. Even though the food was not particularly to my liking, the service was amazing. Michelle thanked us for coming while we walked out of the door. Not many fast food places have staff that will thank you as you walk out of the restaurant, so I was pleasantly surprised by that.

Best Arby’s in SC! Service was exceptional and the food was on point. Sandwiches were fresh, hot, and built like they should be. Fries were a bit salty but hot/fresh!

The food was very good but the facility/restaurant was super gross. The bathroom was an wreck. See pic. Enjoy the drive thru and don't go inside.

My chicken and bacon sandwich was perfect, but my mom's buffalo chicken sandwich came drenched in half a bottle of spicy buffalo sauce! Entirely too spicy and mom ended up having to wipe off most of the sauce. Lesson learned, if you can't tolerate high heat either ask for less sauce or pick a different sandwich!

I had the roast beef Gyro with a small crinkle fries and a small fruit punch. Everything was delicious. The food was fresh and hot and my sandwhich was loaded with roast beef. The customer service was excellent!

This is my very first Arbys. This crew is very well directed. They are lead by example. Dj is the Asst. Mgr. He's got it going on. You will be glad you stopped by here either inside or outside clean happy restaurant. Great job keep up the great work. Looking forward to the new look.

The new ranch n Swiss sandwich reminds me of Arby's Philly sub from back in the day. It would be great to have those once again.Food: 4/5

First off, this place is the definition of do not judge a book by its cover. It is old, yes but the inside is clean and the staff is super friendly and inviting. I think it must have been the manager but she was sooo sweet.

We stopped by on our road trip to OBX. Friendliest staff I have ever encountered at and Arby's. It's ashamed corporate won't renovate their location. It needs it.
