Bojangles

This place has HORRIBLE customer service and sadly they stand on being rude and nasty. This particular visit, I went to the drive thru to order the family box. I normally check my food before I leave the drive thru. However, I was kinda in a rush and the time sitting in the drive thru was long. So I drive off. I get home and my order is completely wrong. So I drive all the way back to the store only to face the nastiest person on earth. There was a young lady not pictured who ask what was wrong? I told her my order was wrong, I just wanted the right sides. So as she was opening the drive thru window, the guy pictured, said to her don’t open the window we are closed. I looked at the time and it’s 10:01pm in which they closed 1 minute ago. So I yelled that I was given the wrong sides and I just want what I ordered. He looked at me and told me to come back tomorrow. I asked why? He told me again to come back tomorrow and have a nice day and smiled. No remorse, no empathy, nothing. So I knocked on the window and said, please just give me what I ordered, this wasn’t my fault. He said I’m not gonna keep telling you to that we’re closed, I’m not talking to you no more Im busy. And he and the young lady in the pictured just laughed. What kind of customer service is this? I paid for great food not for disappointment and humiliation.

Waited in drive thru for over 12 minutes for my order for nothing. The order was not printed out at all. No apologies, will not be back!

Literally the rudest customer service ever from start to finish in the drive thru. The girl on the intercom very much was having a bad day that we were not responsible for. They weren’t even busy and were being rude cutting us short and being snappy.

I ordered on door dash and left a message for them to give me grape jelly. I also left a message for my driver. My driver asked for the jelly once order was picked up. They refuse to give him jelly and said it was in bag. There was no jelly inside. Very unprofessional!!!!!

Order was wrong. Waited 30mins for my fries to be dry, my coleslaw spilled everywhere when I opened the bag, my club sandwich was missing my bacon and cheese, and lastly they have me two things of unsweetened tea which is ridiculous! Could have at least gave me some straws! Unacceptable.

Lady said it would be a 20min wait for food. We waited 30mins She Lied saying someone came out 5 mins prior when we’re parked right in front the entrance. The big lady that took the order smirks because she know she lied. They gave us unsweetened tea when we literally said sweet tea. I hope yall get fired

Breakfast here is amazing and always fast and fresh. The resturant is very clean and the staff was nice, great customer service. The sweet tea was heavenly!!! This is my favorite Bojangles in Columbia.

Everytime you go here after 9 they are "out of chicken for tonight" It's a chicken restaurant! The only reason you're getting 1 is because I can't post my comment without any!
