Cook Out

Hey ya’ll. I absolutely love cook out. Their prices are beyond amazing and their food is so good! One of my favorite discoveries since moving to SC. Location matters though. This location is great. Employees do not have bad attitudes and everything comes out the window hot and fresh. My favorite part is even if your a particular eater your order come out correct! Is zero stars were an option, I would give it that! We literally just left there, and after a long day of work and not wanting to cook tonight, we decided to eat at The Cookout. For starters the woman at the drive through was very unprofessional. We had to turn around because she forgot one of our drinks, she asked for our receipt as if we didn't JUST drive off. The receipt that she had given us wasnt even our receipt. She finally gave us the tea and slammed the window, no apology or anything for the inconvenience. Its so disappointing how bad customer service can ruin everything. Fast forward... we get home and the burgers were soogy and there was no cheese, or any of the other ingredients I asked for on the burger. It was just awful!! I will never go back there.

Stopped thru the drive-thru on our way back from Akin, SC. This was my very first try at Cook Out. Service was ok. The food was awful. I ordered a tray the 1/4 lb burger the Cook Out way. Burgers were smaller than the bun, and chard, and tasted like charcoal. I took one bite and tried another to give the benefit of the doubt on the first bite and tossed it in the trash. I ordered a tray and received a cheese bites and 3 small onion rings. The only good thing about this place was the Coca-Cola.

Cookout never lets you down. Food is consistent and they have a great variety. Their shakes are delicious. If I had to pull something out of the air, the fries could be a little crispier, for travel. Because by the time you get home with them, unless you eat them as soon as you get them like me, they're usually soft. But they're still delicious.

This location is very good. It's Cook Out, so you should know what you're getting. The food is good. The service is quick in the drive thru. Getting in and out of here is pretty easy, since you have a light you can go to. Last time I was here I got my food quick, however, half the order was wrong. The food was fresh and tasted good, so not all was lost. Vegetarian options: Not many Parking: Easy to park Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible Dietary restrictions: Would not recommend

Want a great burger? Then try this location. Their Huge burger is just that....huge size and huge taste! Their BLT sandwich and fries are excellent also. And, the drinks use shaved ice...keeps them really cold.Food: 5/5

Cook Out is always the best. Stopped at the first one I came across while traveling and it did not disappoint. Only thing that could have made the visit better would be if Cook Out would bring back the pumpkin pie shake...nonetheless, I settled for a walnut malt shake and it was quite tasty.Food: 5/5

Wish I thought to take a picture. Burger was a COMPLETELY burnt slider-sized thing on a regular sized bun with the tiniest, singular lettuce leaf and the skinniest slice of see-through tomato. The fries seemed like they were cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough, soaked through with grease and then overly salted. $15 bag of disappointment.

Last night, myself and 3 other deputies ate at this cookout. The management and workers were absolutely amazing. Those ladies loves their jobs. I would highly recommend this cookout!
