Big thumbs up, first time stopping by and this is premium fast food right here.
Have only stopped by this location a handful of times, but it's what to be expected from an Arby's. Service has always been fairly quick, in my experience. Their curly fries are a must-have and although they're known for their roast beef, their Reuben is surprisingly good.
I really like Arby's. It used to be my go-to for a quick meal. I have maybe gone twice since they got rid of their potatoe cakes. I am so disappointed because that was my favorite thing on the menu and really what made Arby's unique.Food: 4/5
4pm. Parking lot empty. 4 cars infront of me. Second time I've left the drive thru line because cars hadn't moved for over 20 minutes. I don't know whats going on here but this place has become impossible to get food from in a timely manner. If you have 30+ minute to waste then this is the perfect spot.
Watched several employees one with really long bright pink/red nail polish touch food and prepare my order without gloves on. Food PHYSICALLY touched their ungloved hands. I watched this girl wipe it off on her pants then continue to prepare food. Will NEVER go back to this one in Ankeny.Food: 3/5
We visited the drive thru in Ankeny. The service was decent. We purchased the chicken bacon swiss sandwich. It was tasty. We received what we ordered which is rare at today's fast food restaurants.Food: 4/5
The food was really good. The service was decent. The interior of the restaurant was filthy. Even the floor of the kitchen was really dirty. It didn't look like it had been swept or mopped in quite a while. I love Arby's just not the lack of cleanliness.
Ankeny store, it was 8:40PM the lady had been there since 7:30AM. Felt bad for her until we got our food, Cheessteak sandwiches were luke warm on outside and cold in the middle. The meat on mine was like cardboard and nasty, probably won't go back to Ankeny location. Disappointing experience!
It took 30 minutes from the time we pulled up to the drive thru until we got our food. Incredibly slow service for fast food. The food we got was just meh.
