Rosati's Pizza

Other than some confusion with our order, our food was ready and tasted good. The stuffed pizza is a lot like a calzone. I probably wouldn’t get the specialty white stuffed pizza again. It would be nice to have a garlic butter dipping sauce for the extra crust. The Caesar salad was fresh but a little lackluster. I’d eat there again for a good pizza

Rosati's is definitely one of our top places for pizza and we visit frequently. Just visit we had the Chicago deep dish style pizza and it was to die for. They use quality ingredients and their pizzas have a perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings. The person I spoke with on the phone was also very courteous and professional.

Just recently tried Rosati’s for the first time and it was so good! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I personally thought there were too many tomatoes/sauce on top and the crust was a little harder than I prefer for a deep dish. I will definitely be ordering again though! Loved the topping selections, too!

Great service! They lost or didn’t get our order, but when we contacted them, they were so very professional and apologetic. They made our pizza immediately and got it delivered to us in record time. Pizza was delicious!

I don't know what happened to this place but it is bad. When Rosati's first opened my Chicago based husband and I were ecstatic. The food was good and we were happy to have a piece of home. The last 2 times we have ordered in the last 2 years, after the first it took some time to go back this has been the worst food I have ever had from a restaurant. The beef tastes like raw meat. It's disgusting. Got a salad and they left the sticker on my apple and the gorgonzola would have broken my teeth if I would have eaten it. It was green and hard and wouldn't give between my fingers. The sauce on the stuffed pizza was like tomato paste. The manager Bernardo was extremely accommodating and the only reason for the extra star. He refunded our money no argument.

I chose this place for a carry out. My son went in, they handed him the pizza, and said "bye." He easily could have left w/o paying but he reminded them he hadn't... the guy probably new then had trouble running a charge through 5+ mins, while pizza cooled off. I was the only one of the 3 of us who really didn't care for the pizza bland, and no sauce???; the other 2 liked it, so an extra star for them... I'm crossing this place off our list.

We've grabbed the frozen ready to go pizzas a couple times and they were delicious! Ordered a cooked pizza and it was delicious as well! Sauce is great! So much cheese! Will return!

Honestly, I wasn’t going to do a review but since you asked….. -Flavor was bland. -Crust was bad, no crunch and no flavor. It was almost wet towards the middle. -I asked if the mushrooms were fresh or canned. I was told they were fresh but they were clearly canned. This was very disappointing. -I ordered the 18” to get the free side with my Football Deal Card, they still charged me for the side even though I mentioned this deal twice. -The breadsticks had almost no seasoning and no flavor. They were pretty much just plain white bread. Granted you do get a lot of them. -I have no problem paying $35 for a 18” pizza with three toppings, but when the pie is that bad the pricing is not reasonable. -So far this was the worst pizza I’ve had in the Des Moines area. My favorites are Eatery-A, Dough-Co, and even Papa John’s ranks miles ahead of Rosati’s.

Ordered large hawaiian pizza fir delivery. Easy to order, however, when pizza arrived looked amazing we discovered the sauce was barbecue sauce and not a red sauce that MOST Hawaiian style pizzas are made with. The problem was- my spouse is allergic to barbecue sauce. We had to throw a $41.00 pizza in the garage. Called the restaurant and was informed by a bright young man. "I should have known it was made with BBQ" when I ordered it. They are made with BBQ. I returned the favor and responded with a professional response of. "I guess I will never order from here again". Poor customer service and lack of distinction that "their" hawaiian pizza is prepared with BBQ sauce. Don't see it online??

The Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza I ordered was delicious. It was absolutely what I like in a deep dish pizza. The crust and the toppings were amazing. I plan to order another one soon.
