Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered through their website and was brought 2 of the 5 things. Dude who delivered told me to call the store, the store told us to call the dude who delivered. I understand things happen but they did nothing to help. Now I get pizza that's been sitting out for who knows how long. Would have been nice if they would have just sent someone out with the rest of our order instead of making ME figure it out. Usually eat here at least once a month and this is the worst service I've ever gotten there.

If I could give a zero I would the person who took my order at the store took an order for two pizzas instead of one after I said they made a mistake I got yelled at and was told i should have paid attention when I paid for more than one pizza because apparently they don't have to pay attention but the customer does the person wouldn't even say that it's their fault or to even consider taking one of the pizzas back and giving a refund. Horrible customer service extremely disrespectful individuals that work there will never go back.

Avoid getting delivery they use Door dash even if you order thru their website .they only sent half the food when I called to ask about it she tried pushing the blame on the Door dash driver and did nothing to resolve the issue. Not what I would call friendly serviceFood: 2/5

They only gave our door dasher half our food, then when called said oh yeah its sitting here on the counter either your dasher or you will have to come get it.Service: 1/5

Ordered online tried to change pickup time over phone. Was told I couldn't do that. Called back talked to someone else who said she would take care of changing. When we got 8 pizzas home it was cold and dry.Food: 1/5

Little Caesars isn't great quality food and is terrible for your health. But if youre short on cash and need to eat it's better than nothing.Food: 3/5

Called 10 minutes ahead of time and was able to just run in and out quick. Pizza was definitely good quality and super tasty.Food: 5/5

Found the most honest young man working here. Thought I gave him $33 instead gave him $43. He was honest and when I told him that the extra was for him he said ma'am that's over $10 are you sure? I gave him the original amount intended for the tip and split the 10 with him for being honest.Food: 4/5

Great customer service, even personally delivered a pizza for us when they for got to give it to us. They even gave us a few extra pieces. Great people who own this Little Caesars!
