Papa Murphy's

By far the worst Papa Murphys we have ever ordered from. Employees are rude and unwilling to help. Ordered three different times, always wrong and unwilling to fix. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

We have been purchasing pizzas from here for years and I was treated very rudely today. I ordered 4 pizzas online and when I came to pick them up the manager would not give me rewards credit for them. I asked her to return them and re-ring them so that I would get credit and she refused and treated me very rudely. We typically buy 3-4 pizzas at every purchase and the points are valuable to earn a free pizza. The point isn’t the rewards as much as how she responded to my questions and she treated me very rudely. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. We likely will not be back.

Stopped in tonight to pick up a pizza for dinner. They were training a new employee, and we're taking their time to make sure the employee was getting the topping correct on our pizza. It wasn't busy, and I didn't mind them taking the time to train their employee. I was glad to see and hear their interactions. Great pizza as always.

I usually really like this location, but today i have to say that the manager was rude and unprofessional. She shoved a receipt right on top of a stuffed pizza that was covered in sauce. When i said that that was gross she replied that she has been doing it for years and it wasnt my pizza anyway. I replied that that doesn't make it ok and that it was unsanitary. She wrapped my pizza viciously and told me i am welcome to take the survey. I wont be back when she is around! Sorry to the other great guys whom i usually see making my pizza this is no reflection of you!

Their pizza tastes good and has fresh ingredients. The problem I have with them is their salads continue to have old, wilted lettuce. This has been an issue the last 3 times i have visited.

Nice pizza, although my kids doesn’t really like it probably because they’re used to Rosatis taste from Mt Prospect, IL. They haven’t really like any pizza since we moved to Iowa. They seems to prefer Little Ceazer’s for some reason as alternative to Rosatis.

I love the idea of Papa Murphy's, but this implementation needs work. I've never had an experience where I waited less than 30 more than they promised. I've done in store, online and over the phone, always waited longer than 30 minutes extra. Something need to change to handle the constant busyness of this store

You get what you pay for. Plenty of sauce and cheese and better than frozen. You may pay a different price on occasions and I would not pay more than $8.00 for a medium cheese. It's a much better pizza than Papa Johns.

Good pizza but employees don't change gloves between handling transactions and making customers pizza. Makes me wonder what other unsanitary things they do out of the customer eye.
